Jordan Myers began his legal career at one of the first law firms to serve the Occupy Wall Street movement, which began in Zuccotti Park in September of 2011. While there, he provided civil litigation and criminal defense representation for countless individuals who had their constitutional rights violated.



More recently, he has represented homeowners and businesses facing foreclosures and evictions and has served individuals and families who find themselves facing various forms of disputes relating to real property, including landlord and tenant matters. He also holds experience with representing individuals through Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies.



He is the founder and editor of Curlew, New York’s literary and photo journal, which publishes poetry, fiction, and creative non-fiction, and aims to create writing residencies within New York, NY.



Jordan attended law school at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa and graduated in 2011. He holds an M.F.A. in Creative Writing from the New School, which he earned in 2013.
